if you wouldnt mind steering me in the right direction as to what needs doing for it to go smoothly im more than happy to spend the time and effort organising, and any extra help from anyone with the plans would be greatly appreciated

I still stand by the fact that will be pointless. How much would you ask to be donated?? The Jap ones are £10 each iirc and circa 1000 cars turn up, this makes it worth it.

Difference is Jap owners tend to be more mature and respectful. You get a load of puntos, fiestas, corsas, shitrons, etc and all your gonna do is get unwanted hassle from the police due to kids doing burnouts etc thinking it's cool. Also half will just turn up without paying which makes the event pointless.

Miss banzai, who organises the Jap run has sky insurance, the police and Essex arena on side. They hold a meeting place at Essex arena where the gates are staffed and unless you've paid then you don't get access or the map of the route.

It's a nice thought but won't happen, well not for the intended purpose.

"hello cancer research. We did a tunnel run where 400 cars attended to raise money. Here's £42.61p that we could manage"

    All IMO of course.
