Funny you should say you had a golf, my mate had used to have a mk2 golf 1.3 at the same time as i had my Punto 75.
And he could never keep up with me, think he was a little gutted to say the least!

Used to have a GSR induction kit on my old 75, made alot of diffrence and a lovely sound.
