im a data fitter mate fit CAT6,CAT5E patch panels, run 2000 cables and connect them fun job good pay just travel costs a arm and leg ,,

Data cabling basically, my mate used to do it. Had his own business until he fell off a quad and couldn't work for a year and half!
Running network cables in all those bloody hard to get to places inside walls, under carpets, through doorways etc...basically the stuff that most network technicians either haven't got the common sense to be able to do without destroying the building, or just generally can't be fagged to do.
