    PS - this stuff really is the most unpleasant smelling product you'll ever use. Most car cleaning products smell fantastic, but this stuff is god awful..

    Matt, wouldn't a good old claying down session on the car remove all contaminants from the bodywork anyway?

    Looks like a sweet job on the wheels though.

    Aggressive clay can be used to similar effect, however, this usually brings about it's own set of problems - mainly marring of the paint. Fine if you're machine polishing afterwards, but far from ideal if you're looking for a "quick fix" or general tidy up without going to the extent of machining. Gentle clay just takes the head off the iron filing, it still remains under the surface and can still be seen - so Iron-X, is IMO, a must have accessory for completely decontaminating the paintwork.

    Any better pictures (or ones with obvious red circles) showing more iron on paint work?

    I can't really picture it at all?
