OK so i won an item for my girls dad who is in a bad way indeed he is very disabled and cant get out,
well he needed a TV so i bid on one OK not the biggest of tv but when your 4ft away from the TV its big enough ,,
the problem is i won the TV for £26 and now the guy is trying to say he wants £40 for it i cant see why you would sell it on ebay for the price i won it what can i do here is what he sent me
please help me
Hi, the TV DID NOT MEET THE NEWLY SET RESERVE, THEREFORE IT CAN ONLY BE SOLD FOR 26 POUNDS. AS OF NOW I AM NOT SURE WHERE THE FAULT LIES, IF IT IS WITH EBAY OR ON MY PART. I DO APOLOGIZE FOR THAT MISTAKE, HOWEVER IF YOU'RE STILL INTERESTED I WILL BE FORCED TO SELL IT FOR 40 QUID. ONCE AGAIN, APOLOGIES FOR THE MISTAKE.

I wouldnt bother buying from him either.
iv had the same problem, i brought a gt1 bottom end off some 1 and as soon as he got the money he made no cantact with me regarding sendin my the block, i eventually got an email back from him sayin he dont no when id receive it, so i asked for a refund, havent heard anything from him at all, i went trough paypal and im just waiting to get my refund tommorrow. the thing is its sittin on the drive doing nothing and if it wasnt for him messing me about i would have it on the road instead off driving my 1.1 punto lol, because off him i have got to pay for another mot as my 14days run out etc. people like that shouldnt be able to go on ebay let alone sell on there
