Did you fit these over your other dials? as your surpose to remove the original black dials.

(Only saying as i had a mate who did this and they looked like that lol)

have u taken out the bulbs and spinned them around as i had this prob one min i had all bulbs lit then after fitting some dials and changing the bulbs i only had couple working so i would try the bulbs that aint working and spin the round mate
