    Turbo oil drain/return pipe.

what I need is an oil drain/return to sump pipe the standard one has a bend which is no good so it needs to be straight and needs to accept m8 bolts,
I am fitting a t25 to my mk1 gt this is why I need to change and adapt as I expect you all know. even if you don't have one maybe you could let me know where I can get one, thanks.

You can fit the standard oil return off an IHI to a T25 very easily, why dont you do that?

thanks todd have looked on e-bay but seems all are in japan or hong kong so not sure if thats a plan or not, andy I have tried the original but after 2 hours of re drilling bolt holes bigger once fitted it bends to far towards the block, so I then removed it, turned it 180 degrees then it just hit the compressor housing, so as you can guess by now I was not happy, so I have tried, any other ideas?

Re-clock the housings then so that the centre core is in the correct orientation.

A lot of people have used the standard oil return with no issues.

Its only the shaft assembly thats balanced, re-clocking the housings has no influence over this. The circlip on the compressor housing is fooking massive though and they can be pretty tight & awkward to shift on an old turbo.

Another option would be to cut down the IHI oil return so its a shorter, but straight stubb. Obviously you will need to find a longer rubber pipe of the correct shape if you do this though (this is actually how i did mine)

well the scary part is that it is brand new and cost over £700 so i will look at both ways, should I choose the clocking then because its new it may well be easier. thanks again for your much needed help.
