is anyone gonna take the bull by the horns and set a date? i reckon whoever is in charge here just books the day and tells everyone when to be there. if they can't make it then never mind, you can't please everyone.
I'd do it but I have never done anything like this before and wouldn't have a clue where to start. how about one of the long term members just sticks a date up and we'll all go by that

Can a moderator/admin person authorise this?
I mean, no disrespect to Dan, but.... well.... i don't think you have a say in when it is going to be set, as you do not have the right authority. 
Also... i can't make the 15th 
its the day before the missus birthday, and she fancy's going to london for dinner/the day.
