The software, domain and server cost cash-money, so if we have only enough coming in we'll always be on the brink of closing the site

Companys DO NOT want to pay for banners on this forum, what would be the point??? NO ONE buys new parts, and they wouldnt be brand/company loyal as to buy from one seller like alot of the French and Ford owners do etc.

The club needs equity, which is something it doesn't have.
I'm sure everyone understands why it needs to be done, but I agree there are other ways around it.
Nothing we can impliment straight away though unfortunately, only make the forum more exclusive for those who wish to contribute.
There is still a substantial, comprehensive and well kept forum for those who want to keep a few quid in their pocket.

You say its a bad thing yet you dont contribute to the running costs of the site? Surley the amount of time you spend on here you could spare a tenner even just for the amount of bandwith you yourself use.
Any one moaning about a fooking fiver to help maintain a site we all love shouldnt bother logging back in tbh.
Chris has gone now so any funds going in from that point forward must and will be made apparent what happens to it, thats what we all wanted.
