    Anodized Aluminium...

...what can I protect/seal it with Debs?

I have a goody for the RS (see other forum) and I want to seal it before I put it on like I've been doing with everything else.

Should just be able to seal it with any kind of metal sealant tbh mate. You can even use alloy wheel sealant - if you take the word "wheel" out, essentially that's what you've got. Try your Poorboys wheel sealant on it mate

Alot of products double up, but people often don't realise, because clever marketing makes you buy more - like the White Diamond and Black Hole glazes, essentially the ingredients are the same, just the colouring different to entice you to buy twice

Have done my alloy thermostat housing as well as I'm going to do the coolant system this weekend. Three layers on the housing and four on the torque mount!

Cool. A couple of layers on items that aren't subjected to the elements should be fine mate! Wheels need a few coats because they take a battering and although the Poorboys stuff is good, its quality is reflected in its price.

Throw some pics up when you've done please mate, you could even make a thread of the RS with the bits of detailing you've done to it (let's be honest, you've pretty much done a protection detail on it) - this section is lacking in pics from everyone other than me
