looks as though your dash has been cut thier to make the entire sopace larger. youll need both a new center console and a dash to make it proper
The missing bit? I'll do you that £30 delivered for the whole console

the cconsole is easy to replace just a few screws to get the bottom part back in order
however you wont be able to fit a stereo properly as your dash is missing a strip of plastic
it looks to me like thier may have been a double din radio of some kind in there
oh ffs, everythings wrong with this car lol, so i will need a whole dash? or can i just get that bit of plastic somewhere? not sure what its really supposed to look like, guess ill search around for pics
you can fix if by getting a whole dash and a centre console - or by fitting a double din sterreo
