    Great pics Todd.

Shame about the wank NEC, horrible red carpet and shite lighting always makes photos orangey!

Has that little grass tracker got two sporting engines in the back??

Red Victor 3 was the car of the show for me, partly the reason why I went at all.

Andy's team mates were spot on as well, we had a good crack to them about it.

Gutted me and my dad missed this on friday

    Good pics Todd!

A very good mate of mine has had 2 Caterhams. One was just an ordinary 1800 Supersport - he hacked that in for an R300 Superlight. The 300 was seriously fast, it was about 160/170hp on Jenvies. Was lighter than his earlier one aswell. Sickeningly fast car around corners!! Still the wrong side of £20k for one though. The Superlight was slower than my GT in it's 1.4 220hp guise still would've opened a can of whoop ass on me round the twisties Cracking little cars.

i wanted to go on a passenger ride but the que was just too big. But since getting back me and my mate have both spoke of getting rid of our nissans (my s14a & R33GTR) and buying a caterham each. But even the oldest tatiest ones are still like 7k :O

But all in all, was a cracking day. Had never been before. Mclaren really pulled out all the stops on their stand

Yeah, no point wasting your time or money on a 1.4 or a 1.6 - jump straight to the 1.8's. The Supersport was quick enough 0-60, but it lacked any real punch above then. I slaughtered him from 80mph onwards in a 220hp GT. I'm not one for overexaggeration either, but it really was like hitting a brick wall for him at 100mph! The R300 was a totally different animal, that was a really quick car! He had a blast with a Ferrari 360 Mod who managed to lunch his gearbox when going for 3rd gear! But it was a very fast car, low 4's to 60, and it kept pulling beyond that. Like I said though, they're still £20k.

Driven a blackbird engine'd one around cadwell years ago, although the bloke taking me out for a super fast string of laps was way better.

I had a look at them years ago and even shite ones are really expensive.
