I'm turboing a car and want to know do I need to alter the valve clearance, timing or ignition timing?

Timing depends on the camshaft, for a small amount of boost you should be ok.

Ignition timing would need looking at, again depends on what it is.

I'm not wanting it on the limit just so it works if you get me
