    Just use break cleaner.
But make sure you rinse them off straight away.

TFR is the best stuff I think
It gets it off very easy but it is quite strong too

Sean, you could use Gunk or any other degreasers on your wheels if you wish. I presume there's a lot of dirt and baked in grime and brake dust on them? I use a combination of products when they are really bad (like that BMW I did earlier in the week). Those wheels needed wheel cleaner, tar n glue remover, all purpose cleaner, and some metal polish/sealant.

The wheel cleaner I use on most alloys though, is Bilberry Safe Wheel Cleaner, by Valet Pro. I use it at a dilution of 5:1 (waterroduct). Sometimes I use it neat on a rag for really stubborn dirt. Its none acidic, so you can use it on almost any wheel, except chrome!!

Nice one pal. Did you take any before and after pics? Post them in this thread if you did so people can see!

You should invest in some wheel sealant for the future now they're clean, it'll make maintaining them so much easier. I just jet wash mine, the dirt rinses off...
