    Clio 172

    Hi guys,

I know some of you are mechanics, so I was wondering if you could help/provide tips.

My interior fan doesn't work on the Clio, this time of year it is essential, the car won't demist and its freezing inside on the windscreen (just left in the car park after this). This is also very dangerous so i've stopped driving the car altogether.

If I turn the unit off and on the fan will either grind a little bit then not work or the fan wont work at all, I've checked the fuses and they're all fine.

I just need to know how to get at the fan unit.

    It's a 2003 Clio if that's any use...

Any help will be appreciated a lot!!!!!

Imagine its a dash out job.

Easiest way is to get your head under the passeneger foot well and see if there is an access panel to change the motor-fan without removing the entire heater box unit.

Maybe check the fan intake to see what kind of debris is in it.

Tax man decided to give me tax back in stages? I don't understand why, so I had to abandon the idea
