Mobile Phone help - anyone work for Vodafone?

Right Guys, need some help and advice here...

3 weeks ago my Nokia N97 suddenly decides to stop working and comes up with the message 'Sim registration failed'.

Rang Vodafone, had a new sim sent out, didn't work. Then sent the phone to a Nokia repair centre. Phone came back with a note stating that the phone is fine and the problem lies with Vodafone and to contact them.

Ring Vodafone again, after muchos arguing, they finally agree to replace my handset with a Nokia N8 free of charge as they have no idea what the problem is.

Brand new phone arrives this morning, put my sim in and switch it on - Low and behold, same ****ing error message!

Vodafone are now planning on exchanging this phone again in the next few days, as my Sim works fine in another Vodafone phone i have managed to lend.

Does anybody know anything about this or work for Vodafone who can look into this? Really getting on my nerves now and just want a half tidy phone

    Cheers

Simply answer is- sack Vodafone off! I was with them for 7 years and for 6 of those they were amazing. The last year they must of had some sort of internal inbreading going on as they all turned into flids.

I was gonna leave as well, but they gave me a cracking deal and my phone i got paid for my entire contract when i sold it on ebay so i stayed - only issue i ever had with them was with phone repairs / replacements but as i'm not using there phone its irrelevant to me now!
