td04l is a good turbo to use as they are dirt cheap there is some fabrication involved tho you would just need to get someone to make a manifold adapter and downpipe then obviously oil water feeds its not a lot of trouble if you no the people that can do it mate give it a few months and something may come available tho so just keep hold of it for now

here a pic of my flange i made ,,2 ways of mounting it you can weld it up or take the 4 studs out and bolt from the back (drill holes out bigger to clear for studs ) and turbo will need rotating around acuator all line up the same
you dont need to plum the water lines in ,iv been runnin no water for 3 years now ..ie boils the water ,,just fit a bigger oil cooler

fit it,,, peice of cake to fit ,, get a flange welded to ur manifold ,,( mig works on cast)
an have change out of £100 for bits an turbo !!!
I have a mate making me a manifold for the scooby turbo sorry I kinda stole your plate idea tho we will be making in a four stud manifold what we have drawn up looks like it will work to I won't be fitting it for keeps just more of a case to see if we can do it will keep you posted looks like it will be a nice looking manifold as kind off taking the tubular idear to
