lol thanks....had the DSLR for best part of 5 years now so I'm nicely used to it and the settings lol . . might be time for an upgrade soon...which would allow me to run both lenses at the same time without switching
crabbo, youve got some bloody good pictures mate!

I had a bit of a dabble with my DSLR the other night.
I've been wanting to get some night time shots for a while. I only went out for about 20mins and took half a dozen to see what they'd come out like. What do you think?
Shoot in full manual, change the white balance to the lowest setting/ tungsten.
I did it in manual, but with the ISO on auto, can't remember off hand what it took those at.
So if I did what you suggest Daniel'san, what effect would it have on the pics?
It'd remove the yellow colour cast thrown out by the lights in shot...so your car wuold look whiter.
Are you shooting in jpg or RAW? If you are in jpg switch to RAW...it takes a lil longer to process from camera to uploadable image...but you can make alterations in case you really screw up
Nope....still looks like a corsa
Oh and no offence to your mate...but those wheels looks ridiculous.
I guess the most logical way to add a border using CS2 (never used photoshop myself...i prefer to use more ulitarian apps) would be to simple draw a black box around the image...or failing that create a new image slightly larger with a black background then c+p your image over.
I love those wheels lol
Too bright, you've corrected the the image to show the car but left the sky and background all blown out and too bright. You should have a look at adjuting levels maybe to bring out the car, silver is going to be a ****er to adjust solely though as its the same colour as the sky and its surroundings.
I use 'actions' to add borders to mine. You setup it up and then you can batch your images.
