Yeah but im completely knew to photshop so i didn't want to try out anything too technical lol, but yeah it really doesn't help the sky is grey, the car is grey and the tarmac is grey lol

I'll have to get a better coloured car then

    Cheers for the advice

Im still new to photoshop, you can never not be new theres so many features.

Just try some colours first, i dont like shooting white/gray cars tbh! Maybe look at some filters too.

Yeah there are so many things you can do on these programs - very powerful

I guess it's easier when you have a bright red car i guess

Can be, can be a pain when processing RAW photos to get them to come out the same colour, time consuming but i wouldnt post them if they came out wrong!

Light is an important factor, as is white balance.

Yes i didn't really think it would be that hard shooting on an overcast day. I was badly mistaken.

I forget about that, there's even an option for a cloudy day as well

White balance will only work so far...if there's dull, flat light then nothing can change that short of going into a studio and shooting there.
Best times of day so shoot are shortly after sunrise and just before dusk.....only catch is you have to be up at stupid o'clock in the morning most of the year

I've noticed that lol. Cheers for the advice though

Anyway here's some cheky shots for your viewing leisure

Edited with Adobe Lightroom 2.5 incase anyone was wondering :P

I really like the last 2 pictures, but i need to fiddle with the ISO, it's far too noisy when they are the full size.

Also at the same place was this broken old lawn mower that i liked the look of. Plenty of tread left on the tyre though.

And this, which i think is an old box of crisps?

It is on auto focus, but im using a cheap fish eye lens which makes things really distorted as you probably know

Looks like i'll be saving up for a proper wide angled lens now

I also did a few more pictures today so i'll give them a play then upload later on.
