You havnt put it together properly.

If you're sure you have then it must be the engine mounts having too much play, although that is a tall order.

How does the passenger side just pop out? Im sure its all bolted up on that side.

no clue drive shaft is in properlly fitted by a mechanic, and its only the passenger side shaft wich pops out, car is only lowered 30mm and shaft pops out at 5mph doesnt jump right out just enough to stop the car from moving

    Mechanics done arthur job then.

Which part comes out? Can you show on a diagram?

Is it the cup that sits in the gearbox pops out? Its bolted to the inner CV.

Well excessive play int he mounts could give enough side to side movement to pull the shaft out.

When put together properly it shouldnt come out! I suggest you take it back and get them to check they've done it properly! They might of just left the little retaining clip off the end of the splines on the cup...

Maybe that one wasnt fitted properly either... Could go around in circles here!

Only thing i can think of is the engine mounts, however i think if they were so worn they could allow that amount of movement they'd be about torn into two parts anyway...

Maybe the top mount is on o rotated incorrectly on the car. Other than that all i can say is something isnt done up correctly or at all.

Drive shafts 'popping out' isn't a common problem.

could this be due to the springs or shocks being nackered or the fact the car has a 1 size bigger profile tyre on the back than on the front

just to let you know shaft doesnt pop all the way out of gearbox just enough to stop the car from driving a small chap with a hammer knocks it back in but it seems to come back out easy could this be the gear box
