Even with a 60mm kit the rear sits high, ive taken a coil out of the backs to level it up.

looks nice mate. the unos are still the nuts! Do you know how many mk1 and mk2 are left in the uk? few years backs apparently only around 300 in total.
Slightly OT in the Late 90's 4 Of my mates Had MK2's J reg and K Reg and 2 Had Blue Marks 1's they was the hot hatch to have back then running silly boost lol.
Dotn see hardly any these day's a concourse one like this will be worth a packet in 7 - 8 years i think.
Not sure phill tbh, there must still be a few hundred mk1's I reckon, but they have died off very fast in the last 10 years, in the mid to late 90's loads of us had them.
i dont remember the last time i saw one round here. mines a 93 k plate. so one of the last. too many were left to rot and died and the rest got trashed. i might have to phone the dvla to check. would be quite interesting.
got a few bits back from powder coaters today, ive had the strut braces done black to try and make them blend in with the standard look, anyone that has owned one of these will know why even tho im trying to keep it standard strut braces are a must.
aswell as what is in the pictures ive had the upper part of the airbox done, afm to airbox pipe and the wiper arms.
