Yeah im right into the members only, should shorten a percentage of the noobish questions that could occur. Plus if you pay for membership then its another perk and reason why you done it?

This is why people have MSN and Facebook.
If you give people an oppourtunity to chat on the forum then it voids the point in it being a forum i think.
Idle chit chat should be kept out.

And I agree with you to an extent, i think if a chat room is set up there should be a rule about asking for advice etc as it should be kept to the forums, the chat should be kept for idle chit chat to keep spam to a minimum.
As i previously stated it should be at least giving a months trial no? I will put my neck on the line and offer to moderate the chat and if it doesnt work out will put my hands in the air and say i was wrong.
Daily chat is idle chit chat. Don't see how a chat room is any difference.
Cos its instant chat? not waiting for a reply to something and you can talk freely and not everyone has to see it or read it?
I dont see the harm in a chat room.
you cant have 5+ people talking togethher on MSN and FB they are more 1 on 1 situations.
i personally dont see that adding a chat forum to the membership is any incentive to join.
