Well it's time for it's mot and I have no faith of it passing....
I got the car with 12montjs last year with no brakes, hardly any lights working and in a really bad way.
I've spent a fortune getting it to where it is now but I still have my doubts.
I'm guessing it will fail on old cracked tyre, noisey fuel pump, warn bushes - some look cracked.
And probably for just being a punto,

So it looks like I will have to sell it for spares or repair, still has two months mot and 6months tax. Do you think I'll get anywhere near £250 for it?
had endless new bits but I can't keep spending...

Bad anchors, and rear brakes - that are only 4 months old.
It's a black sorting 1.6 with 97k,
New clutch, cylinder and bearing, brakes discs pads fluid shoes n rear cylinders, fuel pump thermostat, belts oil plugs fuel filter & pipes.
It's a shame as it's really clean inside, outside is beaten but no signs of rust!
mate why dont you break it u might make more money? I will take cam and maybe head if you went down that route
Maybe even the engine? You get 100 scrap value for the shell?
So you put it in for mot even though it had 2 months left?
You do know that the old mot is invalid now!
