It's the cadamuro splitter, tony sells them on absmotorsport.com
A bit expensive, but no doubt he will do you a good deal if he can.

Just had a look on abs, it's the cadamuro.
The Puntosports is similar, but it doesn't have the vent in the centre.
Although the Puntosports one is half the price
