lol this guy is putting a 20vt engine in not the 16vt alot harder job than the still hard 16vt job, COURSE ITS GOING TO BE RUFF NOW, But lets hope you keep up the great work mate for what i seen looks you makeing good progress mate, Keep up the great work and dont give up because it will be a special little gt
looking at it closly compared to mine you not think it will be sitting too far back
Every conversion is different jack and it's a different engine so of course it gonna be in a different position...
Doesn't look that far from the same angle as mine.
lovin wilkys 16vT GT3!
the engine has to sit back a small bit so the driveshafts line up. Here are a few more pics that i took last night. Going down for paint tonight and i will keep that posted as a lot of people would like to know how to spray a car and what is needed.
still needs a small bit of frabrication but the driveshaft does go past it but when the engine moves under strain it will hit.
Yeah be good to put people right on how well it fits or not.
Look at them front springs! I think you need some coilovers
wilky my 16vt is for sale, work out why
the engine moves a lot at the back i can see the postion you have its goin to be hard to not get it to knock and the shafts will be on a angle where you have them it may casue a issue it may not
the angle of the engine looks good just seems a few cm to far back it maybe fine in real life when you look through the hub, pics can be misleading
and i wouldnt be giving away as much info away as then the cars worth more in the end
