my coilovers are ordered but are taking there time arriving to me, does anybody know what metal ARB are made of ?? might knock up some super stiff ones and try elimate some body roll. the only real way of ever getting to handle decent is to cage it all up.

arbs and decent coilovers should stiffen it up nicely, do you have plans for a cage?

If you do, get two sets made

the car will be caged when i go forged as that will be the next big build but regards handling i will have to look into the ARB's as i dont want to make these bars extra stiff but a tonne in weight. i will look into certain metals or even heat treating certain ones.

right people the car is now complete and i drove it for the first time. could not believe how well it drove, no knocks or unwelcome noises but its not all smooth sailing. have to reconstruct the gearlinkage as the exhaust melted a piece of plastic which left me with only 3rd and 4th. huge boost leak on my front pipe so new ones are on the way. couple of boost pipes popped off but thats expected. when giving it a bit of boost it only reaches .5 due to the leak but still pulls very strong. if anybody needs anyu info on the conversion i will help best i can. here are a few more pics.

get some engine bay pics up mate! not keen on black skirts, i think standard ones in black would have been better but nevertheless it looks smart, well done!

thanks for the comment mate. ya undecided about the skirts but as i mentioned already everybody with a yellow punto has yellow skirts and none of them stand out (except ryans). the pictures dont do it justice and at a later date if i'm not happy i can always just paint them yellow! will post up a few pics of the bay later.

Probably got pulled by the fuzz when they heard the 5pot coming from a yellow punto!
