Microsoft can't get near bluray. I think its naff. Hardly slimmer or more lightweight. Its just been given a cosmetic makeover and a price hike.

Not a fan of add ons since the days of the 32x/ mega cd contributing to the downfall of Sega.

At E3 they announced it was going on sale for the same price as before.

I don't see the big deal tbh, its just had a makeover, a bigger HD and wifi, hardly a massive change they're making it out to be.

The kinect thing looks good though

Why does it need to be lightweight? Thought you plugged them in a TV and left it to collect dust.

well it was put forward as a slimmer version, quite probably aimed to battle Sony's PS3 slim. It's going on sale stand alone for £199, and when you can pick up an elite bundle for around £180-190, it just seems like a waste of money. Wow its quieter and has a new style casing. But come on, nobody needs 250gb unless you're using it as a home entertainment centre and most people already have a wifi adapter or just use Ethernet.

You telling me that you dont install your games to your HDD? 7+gb of data per game? + p0rn. duuuuude!

It will sell. With the backing of MS mega bucks, the good rep the xbox has. no doubt.
