Selling my GT3, never got to insure it. costs to much as i have had a previous claim against me
Anyways it has to go, not much good sat outside not being used.
Here it is!
Well, the only thing wrong with it to date is a small amount of white smoke when revved from cold. its not as bad when warmed up.
And the front bumper needs a bit of sikaflex on it. for the abarth apron to be held on properly.
Car has done 65,000 miles, engine has done 55,000 miles
Recently has new brake discs and pads and front wishbones. new oil and belts and coolant put in by previous owner just before christmas. No proof though, just my word and if you ask norro on here he will back that up. as he was the previous owner.
The car comes with registration documents, mot until november time 2010 and tax until the end of march (this month)
I dont know where all the cars history is. i never got it. not sure if previous owner ( norro ) knows much about where it all is.
Iv put alot of hours and about 300 quid into this car over the last 3 weeks to get it all ready to drive. then come insurance time its all gone downhill
Im looking for a swap for a mk1 1.2 sporting or £1500 ono
extras on car are:
twin exit dtm style cat back exhaust
boost gauge (psi)
apexi turbo timer
baileys dump valve (and original if needed)
Dawes device
K&N filter with heatshield
dynamic pro race 2 alloys
and alpine head unit.
The car has been stripped of back seats, i have them still if required and will include them in sale anyway.
The battery is dead also so will need jump starting or a spare battery supplied by buyer.
Also i have a seb 2 GT3 coming in the post, as the car is running a gt1 ecu at the minute (could be reason for white smoke, white smoke could also be caused by the car being sat still for 3 months) I have the GT3 ECU ready for the seb chip to go in.

OK, so sorry if ive wasted your time BUT, iv just been offered somewhere to keep the car until i can insure it! which means i dont have to get rid of it! and i can get it in A1 condition between now and then!

yer its very good news! me n a mate are trying to plan a trip to nurburg next year. so between now and then i want to get car worthy of the trip and some laps and also get some insurance sorted later on this year!
