How fast are these ? I remeber a mate having one a few years ago and it seemed really quick. He rolled it in the end. How do they compare against Puntos ?

I met up with a guy last night whos doing a Metro turbo engine into a Mini he was really imressed with my car when i told him the standard BHP and slightly exagerated 0-60 of 7.5. I thought those Metros were much faster.

they seem quick, cause they are so small. its almost scarey.
just bought one yesterday!!! its all good fun.

Dont know about 0-60 but they've got 92bhp as standard. Not too great and apparently slower than an XR2 and we all know what a GT would do to one of them in a race!

hate to say it but there proper slow standard, to get 150bhp out of them will cost over £3000.

my mate raced a mini with a standard metro turbo in it, his cars a mini van which is 200kgs ligter than the turbod mini and he's only got a 1300 engine with 70bhp and he beat the turbo.......

they only run 7psi boost but drops intantly to constant of 2 psi
