Another project just bought.. mk2
Yes for the time been until complete im keeping the green mk1 sporting but ive just bought my latest project off ebay, a mk2 1.2, needs a few bits and bobs, been chavved up by previous owner, got it for a cracking price with 9 months tax and 3 months m.o.t, just got to do the head gasket and cambelt, get sporting bumpers and wheels then get rid of the silly exhaust and go faster stickers then il be possibly selling the mk1 and keeping the mk2, heres a few pics, some of you may have seen it on ebay over the last few days.... picking it up on thursday...

it looks like a shed, wont take much to restore it to a good standard car though. stickers, exhaust, wheels etc..... got to go
From a Sporting to that? Are you sure you won't miss extras like electric windows? Don't believe the city mode hype. Personally I'd go for a profit making exercise with the mk2...
