    sporting/GT side skirt removal

    I need to take the sideskirts off my sporting (mk1)
    Does any1 know how to do it?
    Or..

    The ''best'' way to go about doing it?

    undo the bolts underneath first then prise the skirt gently away from the body with something that wont damage anything

    iirc there screws, jack up the rear subframe and unscrew and you should just be able to pull them off.

    theres poppers into the body, which clip it through holes to hold them in place

    IIRC there are 5 or 6 BOLTS, not screws, on the underside of the length of the skirt. 10mm I believe.

    Poppers as described above; gentle upward and out motion with the skirt will pop them out of the car. Alternatively push the whole skirt toward the front of the car and the poppers will stay in their holes and unhook from the back of the skirt. But that only create more work getting them out separately.
