Good price for a punto centre console?

Well I've been looking for a centre console for my mates mk1 sx for a while now, found one on here but it's missing the top cubby hole and I haven't heard back from him.

Now found one else where with everything inc gaiters but he wants £40 posted for it, good price?

Not too bad i suppose, most without gaiters seem to go for between £15-30 depending on condition and whether it's being sold as a clearout or to make money

Is it as simple as just screwing it in place or is there more to it?

Yup just screws in pretty much, i'd ask for all the screws etc from the person you're buying it off as well, save trying to get hold of the right bolts etc

I've send the seller a question asking if he has all the screws etc, bet he hasn't but I could probably source them anyway, just normal screws or is there more to it?

I sold the centre console from my sporting for £40 a few months back, that included all screws and nuts and the fitting plate which goes under the stereo, you will need that bit to fit the centre console to a lower model punto so make sure you get it. I fitted one in my sx and it didn't include the plate and it didn't quite fit as good as it should've.

i have a centre console for 25 delivered, i have the cubby hole but its need attention, it has been sprayed and is peeling.

Have done mate, 4 puntos in there but all lower spec!

got mine from the scrappy they only charged me £5 with all gaters and cuppy hole
