    Frozen handbrake anyone ?

    Ok who for got to leave their handbrake off and now the rear callipers are frozen on ? happened to me the last three years and every year i forget.

    well nothing like that happened to me but my front wheels locked on and had to come back to it bout 3 hours later and was all fine guess that was just luck

    Never happened to me once, ever.

    Been -7 this morning and the Evo was fine.

    Its more an issue with drum brakes then disc brakes aswell.

    the hgt made a few creaks when i left work yesterday....but the h/brake is off now just as a precaution

    happened to me last night in the golf, left for exeter at 7am and n/s/r was binding slightly. some warm water and managed to free it up.

    first time its ever happened to me

    i just leave mine in gear and leave it off.
    Saying that i never bothered last year in the sporting and didn't have any troubles, but that was probably because the rear brakes were too crap to even notice if they were on

    lol poor car my handbrake cables are pure rust lol!

    left mine off!! however I got work at 6am pulled it on not thinking it fcuking froze on then lol
