inlets
is it possible to get custom inlets as in bigger bore without the plenum chamber or is the plenum chamber required?
because i though that it distributed the air pressure evenly to all 4 cylinders but its force fed direct into the cylinder (shape of the inlet) rather than from aside and the air has to take a 90 degree turn to get to the cylinders(rover style inlet?
with that in mind is it possible to make a stainless steel inlet?

Stainless will conduct heat more then the cast aluminium. There is a reason nearly every inlet manifold ever made is aluminium and since fuel injection, has a plenum, because that what works.
With forced induction the inlet design is less important then other areas, we've seen people muck about in areas where no gain can be made before...

ah right i see
was just wondering as i saw a couple of things on the internet about them and basically wondered if anyone had any info on them
