Basically I need to pick a punto sporting up that Ive just bought, but it has no MOT so dont wana risk it

as long as its taxed and insured you will be seriously unlucky to get pulled over.
but if you are on your way to a booked mot, then you will be legal (just dont turn up or if your on good terms with a mot garage, just tell them to book it and you probably wont turn up unless your with police lol.
and worse case, its only a £60 fine anyway.
How would he tax it with no mot?
