Goodmorning,i am George and i am from Athens-Greece,i have a carbon grey Punto GT of 1997,GT2-GT3 mix.
I have the car for 7 and half years and i have reach 195.000 km.Until 191.000 km i had never fix anything at my motor,which is pretty stock,only a BMC air filter,i have remove the middle exhaust can and i have put a more free exhaust can at the back.At 191.000 km my motor burned the exhaust valve in the fourth cylinder and i make an almost total rebuilt of my motor.
I am very proud of my car all these years and i want to keep it the longer i can.

Kalimera George, and welcome to the forum. I too did very little to my '98 GT from new and it has only covered ~38,000 miles (60,000 km), but I've caught the bug now and will be slowly improving its specification.

today seen a couple around 80 - 90 years old driving a TOTAL standard gt.
wanted to follow them and buy it off them for the price of a normal punto (100£) just in case they didnt no wat a gt was!!!

Last September i had an accident and the insurance gave me 2500 euro for my 97 GT,so i bought a 98 GT3 with Garrett T25,custom program,63.5 decat exhaust from turbo.

hi george, open a project and keep us informed on your motor, many greek gt tunners but not alot on here, try to change that
