Thumbs up Smooth Abarth Sporting, 58k, £1450 O.N.O

For sale is my Punto Sporting 1.2 16 valve with a low mileage of 58,000, this car has had extensive work carried out on it to make it look how it does today

    - you can see additional photo's here:
    http://s122.photobucket.com/albums/o...rting%20pics//

    The modifications are as follows…

    Exterior:

    • Full Abarth bodykit including:
    - Front bumper including foglights
    - Rear bumper
    - Sideskirts
    - Roof Spoiler
All of these have had the bump strips smoothed out and the side skirts have been molded into the body of the car for an extra smooth look.

    • All locks have been removed and smoothed in

    • Door handles and boot strip have been colour coded

    • Debadged all round including the bonnet, boot and wings

    • Full Respray in Fiat Imola Blu, this was carried out very recently in February 2008 by the previous owner at a cost of £1800. The paint is in excellent condition with a brilliant shine.

    • Lowered 60mm on a full Jamex kit which includes shocks and springs at a cost of £200

    • Fiat Stilo steel wheels with the center painted gloss black and the dish in Imola Blu (Same colour as the car) for a euro look.
These are fitted with 4 Nankang NS2 Tyres at a cost of £48 a corner

    • Stubby aerial

    • Tinted rear lights

    Interior:

    • Full GT interior including front and rear seats, front and rear door cards and a leather GT steering wheel

    • Abarth floor mats – increasingly harder to find

    • Center console and heater vent surrounds have been colour coded with the body, painted Imola Blu

    • Kenwood CD player

    • Sound deadened doors and boot to quieten road noise and improve speaker sound

    Engine:

    • Blue Silicone hoses and aluminum joiners from airbox to throttle body (£80)
    • Oil Breather filter

    Features:
    • Remote central locking
    • Electric windows
    • Electric sunroof
    • Drivers airbag
    • Heated rear windscreen
    • Power steering

Over the last year I have carried out the following work
    • Brand new HT leads (£50)
    • Spark plugs
    • Oil change
    • Fuel and oil filters replaced
    • Replacement fuel pump
    • All brakes were replaced in January, including brand new front discs, pads and rear drum shoes

The clutch was replaced at 42,000 miles, however I do not have the receipt to prove this as it was given to me by the previous owner and I enlisted a friend to help fit it for me, this still feels very light and the car pulls away well and changes gear smoothly.

I have a folder full of receipts, old MOT’s etc.

The car has has a very low mileage currently at 57723
It has MOT until the end of January 2010
It is taxed until January 2010
The car has been freshly undersealed today (10th oct)

The car was involved in an accident several years ago to the offside rear quarter panel, it was subsequently professionally repaired with a new panel
Here is a link to the pictures of the damage and the repair: http://s122.photobucket.com/albums/o...%20for%20sale/.

I have tried to be as honest as possible about the car and have nothing to hide so I feel I needed to mention the above, a link to an album showing the damage and repair work is included above so you can judge for yourself.

The paint underneath the sideskirts had been scraped off in some places and this has since been repaired.
There are also some cracks starting to appear in the filler where the skirts are moulded in but as you can see from the pictures this is hardly noticeable.

Please take a look at this link to see just how much work went into the car:

I have a genuine reason for the sale and will be sad to see this car go, it gets a lot off attention and has been well looked after.

Incase you missed it, here is the link to additional photo’s of the car

Interior and engine pictures will be uploaded in the next few days

My asking price is £1450, I will consider any sensible offer but if the car sells for the full asking price I will also service the car for the buyer prior to collection, however I would need a deposit first if this was agreed.

Going on ebay if i've had no offers by sunday. Rather sell for a bit less than pay for it to go on ebay so if you're tempted to make me an offer then do so before sunday!
