about 20mm drop mate i believe. But im not after super low, i want it driveable and the guys on sxoc rate these very highly indeed. Im dropped 30mm atm with eibach springs on standard shocks so these should be massive improvement

My HSD's are nearly as comfortable as my stock bilsteins were! You can always opt for a lesser poundage spring set to aid comfort.
