Ok i don't know if this is a Fiat thing or maybe a common thing or if my car is playing mind games with me. But... I start my car, keys in the ignition and i can.. TAKE THE KEYS OUT! And the engine is still running. Foot down, i can drive.. Woo

Does this make my Punto 1 of a kind! LOL

Does the ignition barrel look at all buggered?

several of my puntos have done this, common problem, its just a broken ignition barrel, i wouldnt worry about it.

Broken barell by sounds of things, shouldn't cost much to replace from a scrappy. eBay is your best bet!

my vtr used to do this and i used to be able to lock the car aswell with it running.
i used to pretend it had a turbo n timer on it haha
sad i no but it had to be done
