engine host or similar

im after a cheap, engine hoist or an alternative, bascailly for holding the engine still and locked in place when out the car, and for lifting and dropping it out,

ive seen some on ebay but there £110 + just wondering if theres a cheap alt ?

nah i didnt need a hoist, just something to lock it in place and to flip it,


but i got this for £45 which is a good price!
