just been looking through my service history and noticed my car has only done 6k miles in 5 years lol
ive had a look through the mot website fr its history but only comes up its last mot
what the hell was it doing for 5 years? sleeping lol

its never been a write off though
maybe there only used it as a weekend toy
i do nt think the car was actualy used from 2004 untill it was mot'd in June as it has full service history but nothing from late 2004 untill now
could have been a 2nd car - quite feasible, as beau found out with my sporting. (which did 2k in just over 2yrs).
i've just bought a tr7 that has done only 187 miles in 9 years, as bourne out by the old mots!
it is unusual, but travelling abroad / running costs / bans and even deaths can cause cars to be laid up for ages. just ensure brakes are fine, tyres are not out of shape and all moving parts move before running again!
