    Why would u pay for the bonnet to be smoothed, then refit a badge??

    it was dented, cheaper to smooth out the whole lot, rather than mould in a new badge recess.

    How much did you pay for the mk 2 alloys mate ? toying with the idea of changing mine or get them refurbed

    they are for sale if intrested, would be looking for £120.

    there just on my car cos i was going to run them until the tyres wore out, sell them and stick my old ones back on.

    Thx for that Beau just as i bought 2 new tyres for the rear is there much tread on the tyres that are on them ?? as could be tempted as i keep looking at the alloys i have and think do i or dont i get them changed im assuming they fit straight on as well ?

    you would need smaller bolts on the back, which i have anyway.

    3 tyres are good (4mm tread without measuring) and 1 is pretty much new 7mm tread.

    you can look at them on the 5th

    and i have to say, these mk2 alloys are growing on me alot, i think they look very nice now, all my mates etc said they look alot better also.

    Let me know what you choose to do mate as this sat im visiting a couple of paint shops regards to the bumper and get a price for the refurb on the present alloys. If you do choose to keep them and thinkinking of selling the others i might still be interested

    I like them alloys on your car. Needs lowering though.
