The idea, regional heats followed by a grand final.

So off the top of my head Santa Pod, Shakespears, York & Crail

North V South V Mids or what ever regions you like
maybe even have different classes for different engine sizes.

Top two or three from each region go into the final and the winners takes all........ maybe a set of PSC stickers or just the "RESPECT as to some people thats worht more" to quote F&F??
