You can turbocharge any car you want, but it's not a case of strapping a turbo on and that's it.
TBH if you're having to ask the question then you're not going to be able to do it.
I would suggest that if you want a turbo then get a car with a turbo as standard.

Forget remapping as it can't be done. The only realy solution for that is either a piggyback ECU or standalone management....again costing ridiculous amounts.

That was by downshifting by accident though iirc. Off the top of my head the computer recorded 15k rpm!
