Well I'm not technically using Virgin Media....just piggybacking on their network.

Gotta love speeds like that...living in the middle of nowhere FTW!!!

my line is limited to 1Mb maximum...I'm limited on available providers as some of the larger ones refused to connect me because none of their packages went that low and they were worried about the reliablility issues of using a faster package that was limited due to the crap line.

Which in turn means I'm stuck using a provider that gives a low speed package...but as everyone wants high speed it costs a ridiculous amount.

speed tests are never accurate, i always reccomend downloading a file from a really fast server such as some of microsofts etc and seeing what speed you get
