I currently have an R reg peugeot 106 1.1xn as i sold the GT and am using this as my runabout, now getting bored of it so looking into making a good little sleeper car, saxo vts engine but...

Like i said, the way i drive car's is pretty hard and Punto's can not seem to take it at all, so i am cutting my losses now and getting a Starlet as they can be driven alot harder without braking...

Well i blew the engine up, so i just bought an engine out of a GT3, spent £850 having it dropped in so i'm just cutting my losses and getting rid of it in case that engine blows up too!

No it was deffinatley one of those 1.1 push rod engines! The tappets were making a right old racket!

The funniest bit was this silver Ford Fiesta 1.1 came in, and as he was parking he was revving the engine up, all i could hear was them tappets smacking the rocker cover! I love those little oil...

Should be around 180psi and they should be within about 10psi of each other so i wouldn't say that's a good result.
