Rear wiper blades are nothing to do with an mot, they dont even have to be checked. Trust me ive done hundreds of mot's
Front fog lights are nothing to do with an mot test so it can stay in it wont make any difference.
The same for the rear wiper, doesnt mattedr if it there, working or not working it nothing to do...
I'm sure it says 35psi in the front and 30psi in the rear in the handbook. Thats what i set mine too and ive not had any problems with tyre wear or anything.
