Not sure about the gearbox oil, im sure a quick search will give you the answer.

The circlips should stay in place, assuming they are seated properly.

one end goes back into the inlet before the turbo after the air filter, to recirc the boost, and the other bit will connect to where you currently have the bung'd bit of samco, using the one pipe...

Ive always changed the tentioner and the belt, but im guessin the 'kit' is the aux belts rather than a tentioner...

might aswell while youve got your hands dirty

you TV prob cant handle the resolution, remove the TV from the display settings and see if it comes back.. has happend when ive put mine onto the tele before.

yeah was funny till some doo gooders went to get security and they shipped him off in the back of a pick-up...
