Help with paint correction in Kent?

A good friend of mine has just purchased a 3.0 v6 Alfa GTV. When it left the factory it was a beautiful deep red, however, 14 years later it is now a fetching shade of pink.
It has not been looked after in it's past life. However, we wish to restore her to her former glory.
I know a bit about valeting etc, but have never attempted a proper paint correction detail.
So I was wondering, are there any forum members who are in the Kent / South East area who would either be willing to take on the challenge (obviously we will pay as its no small task), or failing that, somebody who is more knowledgeable who could help us attempt it?
(payment can be made by means of money, beer or food)
We will try and help wherever possible, I just don't think this is something we can do alone without an expert.
