Hello. Having recently retired, I have forsaken Alfas (after 40 years) and now drive my wife's old 2005 Punto Active, 8V. Am dressing it up to look like a Sporting - sideskirts, new bumper, alloys and rear spoiler. The main point is that it has covered over 157,000 miles, uses no oil between changes and has broken down just once, in France, when it blew a hose. I would like more power, say from a 1.4 Sporting, but want to pass the 200,000 mark with this car. It has virtually no rust either.
